  slow costomer service i have a chace account sice 2001 this is the second time i came in but the costomer service sucks !!! and the manager on duty looks like doesnt care .;( so sad

  I went in today to open a new account. I signed in on a sign-in sheet at 1:26 PM. At approximately 1:56 PM, the only personal banker that was working there today, Ms. Jackie Vivas came and took the sign-in sheet and called my name, only to interview me for the reason why I came. When she heard I was there to open an account, she mentioned "Oh I'm sorry I just opened an account for someone, earlier and it takes 30-45 minutes, so I wouldn't be able to open an account for you today. Instead you can go online and open an account online, or you can call and make an appointment with a banker here to open an account." I couldn't believe it. I won't be going back. This is the worst bank I have ever tried to open an account in. Moments before getting into my car, another family who was also waiting for a banker, was also asked to leave and met me in the parking lot. Like me, they also were really disturbed and vowed they will be contacting Corporate. Whatever happened to Customer Service ? Is there even such a thing anymore?? Wow... What a day!
