  Let me start by saying I absolutely loved these apartments the first two years I lived here. Even though I was first going to live in city station it was infested with roaches the office manager at that time was so kind paid for the movers to move me into city center which where brand new and not completely built at the time.The last year has been nothing but problems especially with the new management. I had a neighbor that was very homophobic and racist and would harass me and leave horrible notes on my door. It was reported to the police but they couldn't do anything until he physically did anything. One day the man came to my door and I told him to leave me alone or I will have my brother come handle him I am a woman. I informed the manager Joseph and he said that there is nothing they can do because I threatened him with my brother. He then said he would have to make us both leave the apartments I fought that this apts only care about money not the residents I should be able to feel safe. They had to have a lady from white rock come and talk to me and figure out what to do who was black which I found it quiet funny. I got to stay in my apartment. The guy continued to leave notes on my door up until he moved last month I informed the office nothing was done. I gave up on that and decided to move out as soon as my lease was up. The rent is overly priced for what u get thin walls no theatre use after the office closes I have a normal job 9-5 mon-fri which means I could never use the theatre this is one of the reason we chose this apartment in the first place. Now as I was moving out someone spilled paint on the hallway maybe maintenance and I didn't notice it and walked through tracked it and now they are trying to charge me for damages to the concrete and some ones dog tracked through it and it got on their couch totally not my fault there animal had no home training and jumps on couches. Not my fault someone spilled paint and I tracked through it and got it on a lot of my items that I dropped in the paint to that I didn't cause in the first place this place just wants money do not move here then there is crazy spider issues like huge spiders. One of my good friends lived her as well had cleaners clean the apartments fridge etc. she left a unopened water bottle in the fridge that she was gonna drink on the way out during the summer but forgot it. These apartments kept her whole deposit for a water bottle. My other neighbor was always having sex late hours of the night screaming at the top of her lungs. Again the walls are super thin. They make it seem like these apartments are amazing but don't be fooled. The office staff has a high turn over rate I think there has been maybe 6 different crews since I have been there in three years. No one passes on info or kept records thank goodness I always do but I feel bad for people who don't. Since I was an original I had grey keys they never sent out something saying ohh your grey key won't work on anything now since we upgraded to the blue keys so I went quiet a while with out knowing until I decided to go swimming and it didn't work. I tried the computer area as well as the gym and it didn't work I took it to the office they did get me new keys right away but it was super inconvienant. Then the keys wouldn't lock my door I left my door unlock thank god but I went to work the next day and had to leave it unlocked they came to fix it.to turn out they gave me 2 defective keys. It was all a big inconvienance. Especially when I have been there for so long I have never been late with rent a lot of the original ppl and neighbors I had no longer live here and I see why I'm so glad I did not lock myself into another year with these horrible apartments might I add I just saw on google that city center is rated 1.2 stars that's low I never thought to look at reviews while living here and I see why they are rated so low. These apartments are becoming ghetto like they let anyone move in people are lazy and can't even put their trash in the trash chute it piles up in the room.

  Ben Abbott and his secretary are very welcoming they will stop everything there doing to help and get you in the right direction and make sure that when you leave your satisfied and they did there part so your not stressing about the situation and 99 percent of the time there going to win case. There very helpful and if i would ever get in a situation they would be my first option. Have a bless day

  Ms. Carol Babers is awesome. She really helped me figure out my taxes and I will be seeing her again. I dropped H&R Block last year because they were too expensive, but Ms Carol is awesome!

• Review of "Kimberlin Academy for Excellence" at Garland

  Good curriculum but the kids are not kind. Admin/teachers do little to nothing to discourage bullying. My girl who used to love school begs me each morning not to make her go. I asked to move schools and said she is committed to the gifted and talented program for the whole year.
