  Every time I come here there are 1-2 tellers handling a line of 10 people or so. I've never had to spend less than 15 minutes waiting in line. They set up ATMs in the lobby as if these are a substitute for bank tellers, yet this is obviously a misguided management decision. They even have an employee who's job seems to be to stand around the lobby and check with people in line to make sure that they can't use an ATM for the service that they need. Of course, most customers aren't stupid, and they know that if they needed to use an ATM they could use the drive though. The only reason to come onto a Chase bank is to use a service that the ATM doesn't offer. I guess it saves this branch a few thousand dollars a year not to have more tellers, but at a major expense to their clients.

  Some years ago I remember trying to talk to a woman who was so rude with me, but NOW the costumer service is excellent !!!!they always help me on anything that I need they are so friendly!!!!

  Unfriendly staff, Horrible Customer Service Go somewhere else if this is the closest location to you the next location Would more than likely get you out faster with friendlier service
